“This is such a great place to receive customized training with results!! I got 3 different trainers in my rotations and they were all exceptional and very knowledgable. I worked mostly with Lyen and she definitely pointed out my weak points which no other trainer had in the past and she even made sure my posture was correct at all times for my workouts which is what most people do wrong and this really has helped me going forward!

Unfortunately I haven’t continued with them due to other financial obligations but if you have a goal in mind or want to really know how to work out for your body type or just need a great trainer this is the place to go and worth the investment!!”
