Our trainers will help take you through safe exercises through your Prenatal stage. These training sessions are designed for each step through the pregnancy process. Our PostNatal workouts are designed for mothers to lose baby weight that has ben gained through the pregnancy stages. Small Group Training makes personal training affordable! Now you can work with our certified and experienced trainers for a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training sessions. Small Group training focuses on building strength, improving cardiovascular endurance and increasing flexibility in an intense, 45 minute package. You are in complete control to combine our Small Groups any way you like to fit your goal, schedule and budget!

1: PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING: All training sessions are by appointment only and are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

2: PARTNER TRAINING: All training sessions are by appointment only and are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Rates for partner personal training are per person.

3: SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: All Small Group Sessions have a duration of 45 minutes. Sessions have to be reserved online, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Maximum of 4 clients per session, waitlist is available for up to 2 additional clients. Small Group sessions with less than two (2) clients signed up may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

4: PRELIMINARY SESSION: Preliminary sessions and packages are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Preliminary sessions and packages are for new and local clients only (proof of address may be required). Promotion codes are not valid for preliminary sessions or trial packages or single sessions.
