IMPORTANT

  1. Private Personal Training: All training sessions are by appointment only and are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
  2. Semi-Private Personal Training: All training sessions are by appointment only and are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Rates for semi-private personal training are per person.
  3. Small Group Personal Training: All Small Group Sessions have a duration of 45 minutes. Sessions have to be reserved online, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Maximum of 4 clients per session, waitlist is available for up to 2 additional clients. Small Group sessions with less than two (2) clients signed up may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
  4. All trials: Trial sessions and packages are valid for one month from the date of purchase. Trial sessions and packages are for new and local clients only (proof of address may be required). Promotion codes are not valid for trial sessions or trial packages or single sessions.
