GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
With a maximum of four to six clients per session, Small Group Personal Training strikes the perfect balance between the advantages of personal training and the affordability and motivation of group exercise!
Many years of experience as personal trainers have gone into the design of our Small Group program META-BOOST. We have come up with the most efficient way to be fit in an effective 60-minute whole body workout. It increases strength and flexibility as well as improving cardiovascular endurance for maximum muscle-toning and fat-burning effect.
Single 60 min session
IMPORTANT: No preliminary sessions on this section. All Small Group Sessions have a duration of 60 minutes. Sessions have to be booked in advance, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Please note the expiry date on sessions and packages. Maximum of 6 clients per session, wait lists are available for up to 2 clients. Small Group sessions with less than two (2) clients signed up may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
