With a maximum of just four clients per session, Small Group Personal Training strikes the perfect balance between the advantages of personal training and the affordability and motivation of group exercise!
Many years of experience as personal trainers have gone into the design of our Small Group program META-BOOST and we have come up with the most efficient way of increasing strength and flexibility as well as improving cardiovascular endurance. It is an effective 45-minute whole body workout based high-intensity interval training. It combines strength and aerobic exercises for maximum muscle-toning and fat-burning effect.

IMPORTANT: Trial sessions and packages are for new and local clients only (proof of address may be required). All Small Group Sessions have a duration of 45 minutes. Sessions have to be booked in advance, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. Please note the expiry date on sessions and packages. Maximum of 4 clients per session, wait lists are available for up to 2 clients. Small Group sessions with less than two (2) clients signed up may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
