I have suffered from knee problems for several years and it has limited the types of exercises i can accomplish and my range of motion. Lyen sat with me to get a detailed history and then took the time to research safe alternatives and modifications to exercises that would keep me on track toward my goals. Lyen is the consummate professional, the workouts are never boring and always a challenge. Also extremely important to me is that she takes great pride in the business and as such the trainers on staff are top notch and the facility is immaculate.”
